This website is predominately designed to share more about my coaching offering which you can read about here but you’ll also find a bit about me and some of my musings, inspiration and ways to connect. Welcome.
About me
I’m Laura, a 35 year old professional coach living and working in London, UK with a huge passion for self development, personal growth and making the most of life!
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my 3 year old daughter, seeing our family, being in nature, continuously learning, practicing mindfulness and meditation, having a glass of wine with friends and travelling as much as possible.
I’m a qualified Coach through EMCC and have also obtained a BSC Hons in Business Management, a CIPD level 7 and MBTI. Additionally I have trained in Reiki (level 1 & 2), sacred geometry and am an initiate of king salomon lineage spiritual practices. I love learning new ideas, theories and practices to develop myself and others further and hope to share this learning with you via our work together. Like you, I am on a personal journey and certainly don’t claim to have it all figured out. But what I can promise is that I will share what I learn along the way in hope that, even in a small way, it makes a difference to you somehow.
